Modern but Flawed Stay

The room was well-ventilated and had a nice layout. That's something.

The doors were heavy. I almost threw my back out trying to open them. This place gives off major hostel vibes. Why am I paying hotel prices? I didn't see any staff. It feels like no one is actually here.

Very nice Suite Experience!

I found the suite spacious and VERY well-designed! The modern decor added a special touch to my stay. Everything i needed was there. The washing machine and dryer were a major plus for my long trip.

The app used to open doors took a few tries sometimes, it WAS a little complicated.

The location IS excellent, and it's right in the heart of all main attractions. Wonderful cafes and restaurants surround the hotel, offering MANY options for dining. Paid parking is conveniently nearby.

The staff responded quickly when contacted, addressing any questions that i had. Clean towels and supplies were easily accessible, and i APPRECIATED the efficiency. The app system for door access added a modern touch.

The room was clean. The bed was super comfy too, I slept well. I appreciated the laundry room. It included everything I needed.

I think there's no human interaction at all. Everything is done via an app, there wasn't staff. Breakfast was at the cafe across the road, it wasn't worth that much.
